Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience
Your experience

A journey into the heart of tradition with a sweet symbol of the territory, reinterpreted in three surprising variations. Together we will prepare Sbrisolona, a rustic, crumbly cake that 'crumbles' in your hands and tells the story of peasant cuisine. We will start with the traditional recipe, with its grainy texture, crunchy almonds and that buttery aroma that smells like home.

Then we will have fun with two special interpretations: Chocolate and coffee Sbrisolona - An intense and enveloping combination, where the elegant bitterness of coffee enhances the sweetness of chocolate, creating a more modern and delicious version, perfect for those who love contrasts. Savoury Sbrisolona with Parmigiano - A surprising savoury variation, fragrant and flavourful, enriched by the strong character of Parmigiano.

My passion for cooking was born in the family, within the walls of an Emilian home and during long days spent making cappelletti all together—no one was exempt. I grew up surrounded by lasagna, pumpkin tortelli, gnocco fritto, tigelle, and traditional desserts. Although I studied management control, I have always nurtured my love for cooking: I opened a blog, wrote a cookbook, created a De.Co., won awards, organized food and wine events, taught cooking classes (including for children), and managed the kitchen for my association. I never turned it into a career, because life sometimes leads you in different directions. Today, however, I am ready. I know how to teach people to cook good food, I can always find a solution, I have a thousand ideas in my head… and after all, my mother is Emilian.
