Emilian cuisine is known for its conviviality, richness of flavors, and strong character. The typical winter climate, often damp and cold, invites the consumption of hot, tasty meals.
Here's the menu I've prepared for you:
- - passatelli served in a rich capon broth
- - braised pork jowls or zampone served with emilian-style mashed potatoes enriched with parmigiano reggiano, and stewed lentils. As an alternative, polenta can also be served
- - a spoon dessert based on mascarpone and amaretti Everything will be accompanied by selected water and wine. I'm looking forward to taking you on this journey into the heart of emilian flavors.
