I look forward to sharing the preparation of some traditional Emilian dishes. I learned how to make egg pasta following the teachings of my grandmother Luisa and adapted the recipes to meet dietary requirements. They will be protagonists in the kitchen with tortelli with a rich vegetarian filling or cappelletti reggiani with a meat heart.
As recovery pasta there will be a creative and flavorful proposal to enhance each ingredient. We will prepare together maltagliati to be enjoyed with legumes or a delicious minestrone. We will end with a delicious tiramisu or mascarpone accompanied by cookies. Hope to see you in the kitchen soon!
