All this will be delighted by a glass of Lambrusco or Spergola, your choice. You will be actively involved in the preparation of the dishes, thus being able to fully savor the genuine flavors of Emilian cuisine. I will open the doors of my home to offer you an authentic and warm experience. Together we will prepare and taste the recipes handed down from my family, giving you an unforgettable culinary journey.

- Non conoscevo le "Cesarine" mi hanno regalato questo buono per il mio compleanno ed è stato proprio azzeccato, visto che ultimamente mi piace cucinare e provare cose nuove. Com Chiara mi sono trovata bene e a mio agio. Insieme abbiamo cucinato l'erbazzone dove ho potuto imparare cose nuove come anche la preparazione del gnocco. Ha risposto a tutte le mie curiosità in modo competente e semplice. Abbiamo poi mangiato insieme quelli cucinato con un buon calice di vino. Sono contenta dell'esperienza e spero di tornare per imparare altre cose.
- Bellissima esperienza, che raccomando. Siamo stati ospiti a casa di Chiara e ci siamo sentiti di passare qualche ora in famiglia. Chiara ci ha insegnato a preparare l’erbazzone in modo simpatico e coinvolgente, e noi abbiamo siamo stati contenti di imparare questa ricetta che non avevamo potuto imparare dalle nostre nonne. Chiara ci ha inoltre raccontato diversi aneddoti e storie dei prodotti del territorio, interessanti anche per noi che siamo originari dei dintorni. In ultimo, la cucina di Chiara (e la casa in generale) erano pulitissima e molto curata, dettaglio da non trascurare quando si cucina. Davvero un’ottima esperienza, da consigliare e da ripetere.
- Our cooking class with Chiara exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved the entire experience and would highly recommend her class. Everything went perfect. As a host, Chiara made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived and she did a great job of communicating with us before the class to ensure everything would go smoothly. As a teacher, Chiara was patient, fun, and incredibly helpful. She kept us well-informed through the whole cooking process and helped guide the way as we, complete amateurs, learned from a pro! The quality of the ingredients was top notch which made for absolutely delicious final products!!! Dinner wasn’t just great food, as we thoroughly enjoyed the company. Eating felt more like hanging out with friends rather than a classroom. This was a great benefit as it made us feel like we experienced an authentic piece of Italian culture. We also received plenty of great videos and photos from the experience! Please, do yourself a favor and take this class if you can!
