We’ll visit an authentic dairy farm to discover the secrets behind the making of Parmigiano Reggiano and other artisanal cheeses, depending on the day’s production. After the tour and a stop at the farm shop for optional purchases, we’ll head to a local home for a lunch celebrating the region’s traditional flavors: Parmigiano Reggiano with tasty dips, freshly baked Tigelle, and a glass of Lambrusco di Santa Croce. The menu includes a main course, beverages, coffee, liqueur, and a homemade dessert to finish in true Emilian style.
