You can immerse yourself in the autumnal flavors of a menu prepared with local products and full of intense tastes that reflect the atmosphere of the lands near the Po River, located between Emilia and lower Mantua.
At the table you can enjoy:
- - Pumpkin flan served with a balsamic vinegar reduction and Parmigiano Reggiano cream, or erbazzone, a classic of the region.
- - Risotto with puntello, topped with shelled salamella and accompanied by ribs or pork chop. As an alternative, a creamy risotto with pumpkin and shelled Mantuan salamella.
