Why are pasta and tiramisù considered timeless in Italian cuisine? From my small town of Reggiolo, on the border between Emilia and Lombardy, I'll tell you how in Emilia pasta is a cornerstone, typically fresh and made with eggs. Raised on 'tortelli and cappelletti' thanks to my grandmother Luisa, I've learned how to work with fresh pasta and prepare simple dishes, but rich in flavor and tradition. I enthusiastically invite you all to discover these tastes together: those that for me mean home, authenticity, and sharing. We will learn to prepare a stuffed pasta and a pasta to be seasoned with sauce or broth, delving into the stories and secrets of these treasures of my territory. We'll conclude our journey with a classic tiramisu!

Our cooking class with Chiara exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved the entire experience and would highly recommend her class. Everything went perfect. As a host, Chiara made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived and she did a great job of communicating with us before the class to ensure everything would go smoothly. As a teacher, Chiara was patient, fun, and incredibly helpful. She kept us well-informed through the whole cooking process and helped guide the way as we, complete amateurs, learned from a pro! The quality of the ingredients was top notch which made for absolutely delicious final products!!! Dinner wasn’t just great food, as we thoroughly enjoyed the company. Eating felt more like hanging out with friends rather than a classroom. This was a great benefit as it made us feel like we experienced an authentic piece of Italian culture. We also received plenty of great videos and photos from the experience! Please, do yourself a favor and take this class if you can!
