Your experience
- Pumpkin Tortelli (homemade pasta)
- Tagliatelle
- Herbs tortelli with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano
I look forward to preparing together three types of egg pasta, treasures of the Emilian tradition. Here's what I would propose for our cooking class:
- - Stuffed pasta: our stars will be green tortelli, pumpkin, or potato ones. If you prefer, we could also experiment with two different fillings.
- - Long pasta: we'll be handling tagliatelle or tagliolini, true icons of our cuisine.
- - Leftover pasta: a creative and tasty way to enhance every ingredient. Not only will we have fun preparing them, but we'll also discuss the best condiments to highlight their flavors, from sauces to ragù, passing through broths. And in the end, what better reward than to taste together the dishes we will have prepared? I hope to see you soon in my course!

I am waiting for you to savor those flavors that for me are home, authenticity and sharing."
