During this experience we learn how to make pizza using two types of dough: one traditional and one with cereal flour. We will make three topping variations: the classic margherita, the Veronese with Monte cheese and radicchio, and the "Mia," where each guest will be able to create their own personalized pizza, playing with the ingredients available. The pizzas will be baked in our wood-fired oven, positioned in the center of the kitchen, and we will taste them together accompanied by a good glass of wine or a mug of beer. We will end with a sweet touch: sbrisolona.
The pizza course by Cristiana was great! I had some experience and wanted to learn the finer lessons to improve, and was not disappointed. Also a beautiful place to experience the Italian lifestyle with family.
