I look forward to welcoming you to make fresh egg tagliatelle and ravioli together, just as tradition dictates. Making fresh pasta is a passion in my family; on Sundays we all get together to make tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle or ravioli, with traditional sauces. Depending on the season, they are served with fresh, flavourful vegetables, asparagus, courgettes, mushrooms, or delicious tomato or meat sauces. The ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, served with butter and sage, are simply delicious.

- It was strange going into someone’s home for a meal on our trip to Italy. Adele made us feel right at home. Wish I would have scheduled the pasta making dinner but Adele walked us through how she was making the different dishes. The food was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone else looking to get a taste of the local cuisine.
