I look forward to welcoming you to make fresh egg tagliatelle and ravioli together, just as tradition dictates. Making fresh pasta is a passion in my family; on Sundays we all get together to make tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle or ravioli, with traditional sauces. Depending on the season, they are served with fresh, flavourful vegetables, asparagus, courgettes, mushrooms, or delicious tomato or meat sauces. The ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, served with butter and sage, are simply delicious.

Today was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy! Adele was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the very first moment. She was so kind and helpful, guiding us to her house and even driving us back to where we needed to go afterwards. She introduced us to some of the most delicious and authentic Italian dishes and patiently taught us how to prepare them from scratch. Everything we made was absolutely delicious! Thanks to this experience, I feel like I now have the foundations of Italian cooking in my own kitchen. And most importantly… I think I made Nonna proud 🥹🍝🇮🇹 Thank you, Adele, for your generosity, hospitality, and for sharing your passion and traditions with us. This was much more than a cooking class — it was a beautiful Italian experience that I will always remember.

It was strange going into someone’s home for a meal on our trip to Italy. Adele made us feel right at home. Wish I would have scheduled the pasta making dinner but Adele walked us through how she was making the different dishes.
