- Today was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy! Adele was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the very first moment. She was so kind and helpful, guiding us to her house and even driving us back to where we needed to go afterwards. She introduced us to some of the most delicious and authentic Italian dishes and patiently taught us how to prepare them from scratch. Everything we made was absolutely delicious! Thanks to this experience, I feel like I now have the foundations of Italian cooking in my own kitchen. And most importantly… I think I made Nonna proud 🥹🍝🇮🇹 Thank you, Adele, for your generosity, hospitality, and for sharing your passion and traditions with us. This was much more than a cooking class — it was a beautiful Italian experience that I will always remember.
- It was strange going into someone’s home for a meal on our trip to Italy. Adele made us feel right at home. Wish I would have scheduled the pasta making dinner but Adele walked us through how she was making the different dishes. The food was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone else looking to get a taste of the local cuisine.
