- I had the greatest time with Adele in a one on one cooking class. She showed me how to make amazing pasta and tiramisu. I had a lot of fun and she made me feel welcome in her home. Thank you so much! You made it one of the best experiences on my vacation.
- We had an incredible time at the pizza and tiramisu cooking class in Naples! Our host was welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. Her home itself was warm and inviting, and she brought such professionalism to the class. We had a lot of fun throughout the entire experience, and the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend scheduling a cooking class with her – it was one of the highlights of our trip!
- Adele was great, from start to finish. She taught me how to make pasta, was super engaging and fun! We made several styles of pasta, with different types of dough. She shared not only how to make, but also the origins of each and different ideas for when to use one vs another. Whether you know , kind of know OR just want to learn, she’s great- I highly recommend!!
- Adele was amazing, my wife and I had a fantastic time whilst we learnt to make 3 different varieties of pasta. It was even better when we got to eat them all with Adele. Would highly recommend this cooking class.
