I enjoy cooking tender roasts, simple yet well-enhanced seasonal vegetables, and desserts that evoke childhood memories, such as a classic tart or a soft cake fresh out of the oven. I cook with the person who will be eating in mind—their tastes and the moment they are living.For my guests, I love to offer something extra: elegant yet honest dishes that tell a story. Carefully crafted appetizers, balanced pairings, and at times a traditional recipe gently reinterpreted.
