Hi from Elena!

"Friends call me 'Archichef', I'm an architect stolen from the kitchen. Architecture and Cuisine are both children of creativity, but supported by a rigid discipline, which is camouflaged by color, flavor and apparent lightness and simplicity. I love recipes popular, those of grandmothers and traditions that are no longer used and I love, at times, to transform them into a new dish, but not too much. My philosophy is to use top quality products, as much as possible at zero km; pasta, homemade bread, pizza and desserts. Most of the fresh products are of own production (vegetables, fruits) found in local farms, or from DOCG, DOP, organic or biodynamic denomination companies."

Our experience was great! we enjoyed dinner with elena , great host with perfect starters, pasta and tramissue . all flavours were fresh and tasty from her own local farm.

Liebe Elena, wir danken dir von Herzen für diese tolle Erfahrung. Der Kochkurs wird uns für immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir haben dank dir ein tolles Menü gezaubert und sehr viel über die italienische Küche gelernt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen: Vom Aperitif über die Vorspeise (Polenta), den Hauptgang (Gnocchi) bis hin zum Dessert. Wir haben gemeinsam viel gelacht und hatten einen ganz tollen Nachmittag. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können den Kochkurs zu 110% weiterempfehlen. Die Rezepte werden wir definitiv nachkochen. Elena is a lovely person :-) Best wishes from Germany!
