Mario's cooking class was buonisimo! Mario, his wife Patricia and their son Giancarlo are very friendly and a great hosts. They welcomed me into their home with great warmth and hospitality. Patricia taught me how to make two separate dishes as well as uns 'torta'. In between, we sat in their garden where we've ate, drank and talked and get to know each other a little bitte :-). It was the perfect Italian cooking experience and I would recommend to anyone. Grazie a Patricia, Mario & Giancarlo
