It was an incredible experience, we had a lot of fun, learned many things and even a few tricks! It is clear that she is passionate about what she does. If you are looking for a unique experience, full of laughter, and learning how to make pasta and incredible sweets, this is the one for you.

- Michela was so welcoming - we started as strangers but ended as family. We started the evening with a small appetizer and prosecco. We got to know each other and she gave an overview of the class. She gave us options and customized the teaching to our preference. She was patient with us and taught us multiple techniques for making pasta. Americans typically prefer the pasta making course and I can see why. It really connects you with Verona. It’s also unlike the experiences we have in the states. Michela was so generous and thoughtful in her teaching style and even gave us some leftover cookies for our early breakfast. We absolutely recommend her and will be back to Verona to take another course!
