Your experience
  • Tagliatelle with seasonal sauce
  • Ravioli with custoza broccoli and sausage
  • Sbrisolona with cream

Experience a fun dining experience within walking distance of the historic center of Verona. To welcome my guests there will be an aperitif with wine, cheese and cold cuts typical of the Verona area. Then, together, we will knead eggs and flour to make tagliatelle and ravioli. For the latter, the filling will be based on the famous broccoletto di Custoza, a typical product of the Veronese hinterland. For dessert, Sbrisolona, accompanied by a delicate cream. We will conclude by tasting together what we have prepared. Water, wine (one bottle for every two people) and coffee are included. For those with vegetarian needs, ravioli can be prepared with an exclusively vegetable filling.

Hospitality, friendliness and fun are assured.

We had the best time of our 10 day trip’s. Michela made us feel like a part of her family and I could not recommend this more!’

My mom and I spent the afternoon learning how to make pasta and tiramisu with Michela and it was a wonderful experience! Michela is not only very friendly and welcoming, she is so knowledgeable about food since she has spent many years as a private chef. It was fun to learn not just how to make the pasta and tiramisu but also her many tips and tricks along the way. The aperitivo served and everything we made was delicious. Michela was patient and kind and excited to share her home and expertise with us. I would 100% her to anyone visiting Verona. Grazie Michela for the best time!

Michela Azzizi was beyond amazing. The class was very thorough and our meal was the best on out 17 day Italy vacation.

Michela was such a wonderful host. She was patient (I'm not the best in the kitchen, ha) and made it fun and easy. She gave us a glimpse into local life in Verona through food and conversation. We had a very lovely evening.

Michela is from Verona, she has always lived in Verona, a city of art and love. Her apartment is a few steps from Piazza Brà, in the city center. The hills with its vineyards, Lake Garda with centuries-old olive trees and the Lessini mountains surround the monuments of a city with magical views. Her passion for cooking is a family legacy. Grandmother Laura and mother Bibi involved grandchildren and children in the preparation of long and short fresh pasta, lasagna, tortellini and tortelli, meat main courses with side dishes and desserts. "In the kitchen I try to convey the value of simplicity, but at the same time I am always ready to experiment with new dishes, mainly using the typical products of the Verona area."
