Just a few steps from Piazza Bra, I will welcome you into my kitchen, where we can freely express our creativity. Together we will prepare three simple but delicious dishes that will amaze your palates. You will have the opportunity to get your hands in the dough to create a fresh pasta recipe, revealing the secrets of a perfect pastry. For dessert, I will offer you the original soft Zaletto, a typical dessert from the romantic city of Verona, prepared following the recipe handed down from my grandmother Laura.

Michela is not only very friendly and welcoming, she is so knowledgeable about food since she has spent many years as a private chef. It was fun to learn not just how to make the pasta and tiramisu but also her many tips and tricks along the way. The aperitivo served and everything we made was delicious. Michela was patient and kind and excited to share her home and expertise with us. I would 100% her to anyone visiting Verona. Grazie Michela for the best time!

Her apartment is a few steps from Piazza Brà, in the city center. The hills with its vineyards, Lake Garda with centuries-old olive trees and the Lessini mountains surround the monuments of a city with magical views. Her passion for cooking is a family legacy. Grandmother Laura and mother Bibi involved grandchildren and children in the preparation of long and short fresh pasta, lasagna, tortellini and tortelli, meat main courses with side dishes and desserts. "In the kitchen I try to convey the value of simplicity, but at the same time I am always ready to experiment with new dishes, mainly using the typical products of the Verona area."
