Dolcè is a small town in Valdadige, not far from the wonderful city of Verona. In this territory nestled between gentle mountains and green valleys, our Cesarina Emanuela opens the doors of her country house to guests from all over the world. Emanuela has a great passion for traditional cuisine and being able to share it with friends and onlookers is a way for her to keep it alive in the world.
