    For the seafood menu, I propose a unique dining experience: as an appetizer, delicious sardine rolls, the famous sarde a beccafico, accompanied by a fresh salad of oranges and fennel. For the main course, macaroni with a rich sardine sauce, mountain fennel, tomato extract and a touch of toasted breadcrumbs to taste. We end on a sweet note with fragrant almond cookies and a small glass of homemade limoncello. Everything you'll taste is carefully prepared by yours truly, using local, km 0 products to bring you an authentic taste of the land.
