I love cooking traditional Sicilian dishes. For my family, I usually prepare pasta, pasta with sardines, anchovy pasta, pasta with meat sauce, pasta alla Norma, and on Sundays, the classic baked pasta. I also enjoy making sfincione, arancini, and classic street food such as panelle, crocchè, and pane con la milza. For my future guests, I would love to offer a taste of these typical dishes mentioned above and many others that vary with the seasons. I would also enjoy taking them on a tour of the markets and then cooking and dining together.
