The torta al testo was the bread of outings: a soft flatbread made when guests arrived and the bread was finished. It is a pleasure to see it growing in the pan!

Enjoyed with salami and hams from my land, torta al testo recounts the days of my childhood. In addition to sliced meats, you will find typical cheeses, such as soft pecorino, accompanied by surprising jams such as chili, lemon, ginger and honey... Next, gathered around the table, we will prepare together delicious ravioli to be dressed with fresh tomatoes and basil or homemade butter. We will end the meal with delicious cups of chantilly cream and sour cherries, a dessert that will wrap our palate in a tender embrace.
