Cooking has always been my passion since I was a child. I primarily focus on traditional dishes from my region, Umbria.I especially enjoy making fresh homemade pasta and typical recipes from my area. While I am deeply rooted in tradition, my love for travel has enriched my culinary experience, allowing me to explore and absorb influences from the cuisines of other Italian regions and foreign countries.
