Join me for an authentic culinary experience! In my cooking courses, you will learn to prepare typical Umbrian dishes such as pizza in teglia, schiacciata umbra, torta al testo, pan caciato, tagliatelle, cappelletti, ravioli, umbricelli, gnocchi, and sauces like ragù, tomato sauce, meat sauce, and boscaiola. Upon request, you will also explore meat dishes like guinea fowl al salmi, porchetta, and stuffed rabbit. For desserts, we will prepare torcolo, rocciata, tiramisu, and more. Each lesson includes a convivial moment with an aperitif and a tasting of local products, for a complete and unforgettable culinary experience!
