We had a wonderful time with Rossella learning how to make Orecchiette. From the moment we walked into her home she had activities ready for our 5 and 2 year old boys, Gluten Free options available for a guest with an allergy and all the ingredients and materials perfectly laid out. Our meal was incredible and we felt like part of Rossella’s family for the day. Between the food, the wine, and the amazing company we encourage you to join into Rossella’s family for the day as well!

In my kitchen, I always respect the seasonality of ingredients, and I'm aided in this by my region, Apulia, which offers high-quality, always fresh products. Besides my passion for cooking, I have excellent interaction with children, and I love involving them in the preparation of various dishes, especially cakes and cookies. I look forward to preparing a delicious plate of fresh pasta together with you!
