As a professional restorer, I studied chemistry and now apply my skills to finding the perfect equilibrium when leavening or combining various ingredients together, creating the perfect recipe! At my place, an elegant apartment furnished in good taste and with creative flair, you can savor the variety and richness of the traditional cuisine from the capital of Friuli, which, despite being on the sea, offers a wide variety of dishes based on meat, legumes and other agricultural products.
