: My thought as I rated 4 stars was that I had hoped for a bit more hands on. We did get a chance to try Giovanni’s tasks, however, briefly. Also, I had requested English and it worked out with some technology but the language barrier did play a role in the end. We did learn pasta but we’re not privy to the filling recipe or the sauce recipes. I suppose that is a technicality. All in all we are very happy that we did this experience.

: Excellent! Learned basic pasta making, tiramisu. Friendly, good us of Google translate (we were English only). Delicious result, not rushed at all (3 hours). Welcoming, pleasant home, wines and cheese. Recommended.
