    In my eclectic dining room, with beautiful antique furniture, paintings, plants, and a colorful, elegantly set table, you will enjoy seafood recipes. We start with an appetizer of fish pâté, which varies according to the season, served with crostini, followed by a mixed fish boreto, a complex and exquisite recipe from the fishermen of Grado, accompanied by polenta and a seasonal side dish. The lunch or dinner will be completed with a dessert cup with seasonal fruit. A good wine from the Friuli hills and a homemade amaro will further enrich your table.

    The most amazing experience! It was such a pleasure to learn from a master, from a warm welcome to a delicious dinner accompanied by wine and homemade liqueurs, this is easily a highlight of our trip. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu (with cherries for an amazing twist on a classic) will be a memory that last forever. Thank you endlessly Giovanna !

    Wow! Homemade pasta, sea bass and asparagus. Fresh made tiramisu but with fruit not coffee. A great spring meal. Giovanna was great with a tour ofa typical shopping excursion. Absolutely recommend!!

    We experienced a wonderful traditional Italian cooking class today. Visited several markets in the morning before spending an hour preparing homemade pasta with see bass and asparagus. And then strawberry tiramisu. All delicious!
