    Served in my eclectic style dining room with beautiful antique furniture,paintings and plants,on a beautiful colorful table elegantly set,drawing from the seafaring tradition of the Adriatic islands,you will enjoy seafood recipes such as an appetizer of fish pate,different depending on the season,served with crostini and a mixed fish boreto,a complex and very good recipe of the Grado fishermen served with polenta and seasonal side dish.A dessert in a cup with fruit according to season will complete this lunch/dinner. A good wine from the Friulian hills and a homemade bitter will complete your table

She seasons her dishes using excellent olive oil, aromatic herbs and spices, with small forays into the kitchens of the world. In Giovanna’s kitchen, you will discover a pantry laden with sauces, preserves, pasta, spirits and sweets, all strictly homemade.
