Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the lesson

A choice intended for "proximity tourists," Austrians and Germans, for whom the Trieste menu would be too similar to the flavors they are used to enjoying in their parts.
A menu that will include a taste of Trieste cuisine, but also flavors related to the traditions of Italy such as fresh stuffed pasta, dairy products typical of the southern regions, and spoon desserts characteristic of our end-of-meal dishes. It will therefore be a journey in "home cooking from the North to the South of Italy," filled with tales and stories that also enhance my Roman origins and my passion for the culinary traditions of our beautiful country. The menu will vary according to the season and is for a minimum of 4 people.

We had the best time learning how to make fettuccine and she had everything planned out to have gluten free options for me. I was so touched by how well she accommodated my allergy. I highly recommend. She loves close to the port in Trieste and it was simple to walk to her charming apartment.
