Do you want to learn how to make dumplings and apple strudel?
Lace up your apron and let's make dumplings together: with cheese, with mountain herbs, with red turnips or classic Speck. Finally, a delicious dessert that everyone will love: let's make apple strudel together, the most typical dessert in South Tyrol. You will discover tricks and tips for preparing it. The experience will be accompanied by a rich appetizer prepared with high-quality ingredients and a seasonal salad. Doc wines from South Tyrol will be served. Of course there is also the possibility of a delicious non-alcoholic aperitif.

- That was an unforgettable culinary trip in South Tyrol (Merano) with Gerti! We could choose what to cook; Gerti contacted us in advance to find out our preferences, what we would like to drink, and if we had any food restrictions. Everything was taken into account! We prepared Apfelstrudel and beetroot knodel as the main dishes. Additionally, we learned how to cook asparagus served with local cheese. Gerti also showed us the best bruschetta options and some other dishes she enjoys cooking herself, which she shared with us. The workshop was fabulous, and we definitely want to return!

- Gerti ci ha accolto a casa sua a Merano con estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Ci ha coccolati prima con un super aperitivo e poi con una cena altoatesina deliziosa, insegnandoci step by step a preparare i canederli fatti a mano e lo strudel. Abbiamo chiacchierato, incontrato una persona meravigliosa e imparato tante cose nuove. Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza!
- Gerti welcomed our party of four in her cozy home in Meran, in the heart of the Italian Dolomites, for a beautiful Sunday lunch. She did not only share her culinary experience with us - the food was healty, hearty and amazing at the same time - but she also told us great stories about how her family lived up until the 1970's in their property in Val Venosta. I can only highly recommend this unique experience.
