In the beautiful city of Bressanone, I invite you to discover the authentic art of handmade pasta, handed down by Italian tradition. We will use durum wheat semolina or fresh eggs, carefully selecting genuine local products. A culinary journey through Campania and Alto Adige, bringing with us grandmother's secrets and traditions. Together, we will savor, delicious typical cold cuts such as speck and sausages, goat cheeses, gray cheese with onions and fruit compotes, accompanied by delicious appetizers. I look forward to a unique gastronomic experience.

My main dishes are: cavatelli, fusilli, lasagna, stuffed pasta; I enrich them with imagination, good taste and seasonality. I use zero kilometer products, I like to decorate dishes with flowers and herbs. I prepare second courses of meat and fish, combining them with excellent wines. To finish on a sweet note, I prepare tarts, tiramisu, fruit pies ".
