Your experience

    In the beautiful city of Bressanone, I invite you to discover the authentic art of handmade pasta, handed down by Italian tradition. We will use durum wheat semolina or fresh eggs, carefully selecting genuine local products. A culinary journey through Campania and Alto Adige, bringing with us grandmother's secrets and traditions. Together, we will savor over cocktails or a glass of prosecco the delicious typical cured meats such as speck and sausages, goat cheeses, gray cheese with onion and fruit compotes, accompanied by delicious appetizers. To end on a sweet note, we will delight with an excellent dessert of your choice of tart, tiramisu or fruit cake. I look forward to seeing you for a unique gastronomic experience.

    "I express my love for cooking in various recipes handed down and revisited. My main dishes are: cavatelli, fusilli, lasagna, stuffed pasta; I enrich them with imagination, good taste and seasonality. I use zero kilometer products, I like to decorate dishes with flowers and herbs. I prepare second courses of meat and fish, combining them with excellent wines. To finish on a sweet note, I prepare tarts, tiramisu, fruit pies ".
