I look forward to a fun and mouth-watering cooking class. We will prepare the famous cavatelli grottesi with tomato sauce and peppers: a delicious dish you are definitely going to enjoy. We will taste cheeses and cold cuts, roast meat and a focaccia made with sourdough. Everything will be accompanied by a good glass of Aglianico or Taurasi wine. To finish we will have a nice tiramisu.

My main dishes are: cavatelli, fusilli, lasagna, stuffed pasta; I enrich them with imagination, good taste and seasonality. I use zero kilometer products, I like to decorate dishes with flowers and herbs. I prepare second courses of meat and fish, combining them with excellent wines. To finish on a sweet note, I prepare tarts, tiramisu, fruit pies ".
