Appetizers: Buffalo mozzarella lasagnetta with seared shrimp, citrus aromas, tomato brunoise, and basil. Lightly cooked bluefish ceviche, marinated with lime, white pepper, and smoked salt.
First Course: Paccheri pasta with seafood and Vesuvian Piennolo cherry tomatoes.
Main Course: Seared king prawns with Mediterranean aromas.
Side Dish: Lamb’s lettuce salad with julienned squid.
A captivating experience where you can watch and take part in the preparation of each dish. If the weather allows, it will take place outdoors; otherwise, a cozy cottage with a fireplace will be our setting.
