Your experience
I will welcome you to the wonderful land of Irpinia with a rich lunch, prepared with local products and wines, in a well-kept environment surrounded by nature. Our Taurasi, Aglianico, and Greco wines will be the perfect accompaniment for typical dishes such as ravioli or fusilli with meat sauce, cavatelli with tomato sauce, rabbit alla cacciatora, meat rolls with sauce, pork stew with vinegar peppers. There will be no shortage of cheeses such as Carmasciano, artisanal cold cuts such as soppressata and sausage. At the conclusion of the meal, we will be able to toast with my homemade liqueurs, accompanied by a delicious dessert made with amaretti or hazelnuts from Avellino. It will be an authentic culinary experience, where local flavors blend with conviviality and the beauty of nature.
