Your experience
  • Norma maccheroni ( pasta with tomato sauce, aubergines and ricotta)
  • Orecchiette with peas or turnip tops
  • Sicilian cannoli

Cooking class for real Sicilian pasta: together we will create homemade macaroni using the ferretto, accompanied by a delicious sauce alla norma prepared with eggplant, ricotta infornata and fresh basil from the garden!

We will then proceed to the preparation of orecchiette pasta, to be dressed with fresh peas or turnip greens. Finally, we will make the wonderful Sicilian ricotta cannoli! We will be in a unique location, right by the sea. During the summer we will also have the opportunity to take a dip in the sea before cooking and enjoying the dishes prepared together. We will be able to enjoy the meal in the garden by the sea or on the terrace! We are waiting for you!
