I have always been passionate about cooking, with the desire to try new recipes and experiment with new tastes, always maintaining a bond of flavors and smells of my Sicily. I like to take care of the presentation of the dish and I like to share my passion with others. My house is large and welcoming, always ready to host friends and tourists to whom I can give the pleasure of tasting some local delicacies.

: We highly recommend this experience. From meeting in the market to shop for fresh ingredients, to being welcomed into Rosella's lovely home where we learnt how to prepare a pasta dish (including making fresh pasta!) we had a fun time. Eating our delicious food accompanied by good company, prosecco and wine rounded off a great morning.
