Hi from Rossella!

I have always been passionate about cooking, with the desire to try new recipes and experiment with new tastes, always maintaining a bond of flavors and smells of my Sicily. I like to take care of the presentation of the dish and I like to share my passion with others. My house is large and welcoming, always ready to host friends and tourists to whom I can give the pleasure of tasting some local delicacies.

Our time with Rossella and her family was incredible! They made us feel so welcome and we got to meet their family and we felt right at home. Learning to make the pasta and tiramisu was easy and fun. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend this experience- you won’t be disappointed!

This was a really lovely and intimate tour - it was just my wife and I in the tour group and we had an excellent experience. We got to participate in cooking a meal from a local market to a family table, which was a unique experience. We really enjoyed this and would totally recommend it for anyone looking for something a little different in this area!

We had wonderful time with Rosella, her husband Giuseppe, and mom in law Pina. They were very gracious with their home. The ambience was great with music, prosecco, and some home prepared apps. Then we made the noodles from scratch, including ravioli, fettuccini, and spaghetti. Not as difficult as we thought it would be, but Rosella had the right equipment and made it easy for us. We ate together and shared stories. It was a wonderful time, and we will return again.
