I have always been passionate about cooking, with the desire to try new recipes and experiment with new tastes, always maintaining a bond of flavors and smells of my Sicily. I like to take care of the presentation of the dish and I like to share my passion with others. My house is large and welcoming, always ready to host friends and tourists to whom I can give the pleasure of tasting some local delicacies.

- We booked this experience to have a local taste of Messina and it exceeded our expectations! Rosella and Giuseppe were so sweet and offered us transportation from to the market and their house round trip for only 20 euros. It was a pretty quick drive, the market was nice and authentic and their house was so beautiful and a perfect ambiance for the cooking class! We all got along very well, them being very personable and we had such a nice dinner with them and they even gave us cannolis for dessert which were delicious! 10/10 would recommend, we made new friends, saw how to make Italian style pasta, and had a great time. Thank you Rosella and Giuseppe for your hospitality and kindness!
- We had the most wonderful time, in fact probably the best excursion of our 10 day trip. Rossella and her family welcomed us into her home and treated us like royalty. She went over the top to insure we had a great time, including making us the most delicious fresh cannoli. Do not hesitate to book this class.
