I like to take care of the presentation of the dish and I like to share my passion with others. My house is large and welcoming, always ready to host friends and tourists to whom I can give the pleasure of tasting some local delicacies.

- Absolutely the best! This beautiful family welcomed us into their home and we cooked together making pasta. This is a must while traveling in Messina.
- Absolutely amazing experience. Rosella and Giuseppe welcomed us into their home and made us feel perfectly welcome. It was everything we could have hoped for and they made our 4 year old daughter feel so special. We can’t wait to make homemade pasta at home.
- The hosts were absolutely lovely and welcomed us into their home with open arms. We enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We are a family of 10 with 2 kids and they were so accommodating. The kids even loved to participate in the process some! The pasta was so easy to make and we had some good laughs along the way. The tiramisu was some of the best I have ever had! We highly recommend this cooking class in Messina!!
- This was an exceptional small and private experience cooking and eating in a Sicilian home. Rosella didn’t speak much English, but her husband spoke great English and translated throughout. Her husband reached out the night before and offered a ride to and from their place to make the experience easier. I highly recommend taking him up on his offer! It was a very friendly and enjoyable afternoon for us and I highly recommend this cooking experience!
