- The day was one of my most memorable day in Italy. Meet Rosella and her husband and father in law. Learn to make 3 kinds of pasta. Then enjoyed a meal with the pasta we made and wine. One sauce was made by Papa, the greatest bolognese sauce.❤️🥂
- This was a really great experience from the norm of traveling. We came in on a cruise and wanted to do more than just go to a beach. We were a group of 5 and signed up for the cooking class. It was two pastas and dessert. Rossella speak limited English, but her husband stepped in and was a great host. Walked us through every step and answer any questions we had about Sicily. I did not realize making pasta and tiramisu was so easy and fun. I am pretty sure everyone in the group will now be making homemade pasta. I feel bad that i did not eat the pasta with the red sauce. The sauce was made from fresh tomatoes by the grandfather and i am allergic to fresh tomatoes. That is how authentic the experience was. Everything with the pastas were made from scratch Loved the wine and appetizers. Highly recommend!!!!
- Rosella and her family were such wonderful hosts and teachers for my family. We had a brief stay in Sicily and are so happy we got to spend some of it cooking and enjoying a morning learning cooking with Rosella in her lovely home. Her recipes are delicious and easy to follow and her husband and mother in law helped to make the experience even more special and welcoming. I highly recommend her!
- Rossella and her family welcomed us into their home for pasta making. We had a wonderful time making 3 types of pasta and enjoyed the company and conversations with 3 generations of her family. Rossella was very knowledgeable about the pasta making and very patient with us as it was our first time making pasta!!! It was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this to others looking to spend time with a Sicilian pasta chef. Thanks Rossella for the great day!!!
- It was a great time with Rosella and her delightful family. We had some issues with transportation and her husband was willing to come and pick us up. Such a delightful time.
