Raised alongside my maternal grandmother, I have nurtured a passion for cooking since I was a child, guided lovingly by my Nonnina and her treasured recipes. I cook to bring back the flavors and aromas of Messinese and Sicilian tradition, ancient yet still alive within me: from pesce stocco alla ghiotta to carefully prepared meat rolls, all made according to the recipes passed down through my family.My home is always open—not only to friends, but also to guests from other countries, with whom I enjoy sharing a chat and preparing together the precious family recipes.
