I love cooking the traditional dishes of my homeland, Sicily: from classic baked pasta, pasta alla francescana, and pasta alla norma, to Messina-style rolls, arancini, beef fillet with mushrooms, meatballs in tomato sauce, and the traditional swordfish “ghiotta” stew.
