Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

I welcome you into my kitchen to share with you the flavours and aromas of Sicilian tradition. My name is Maria Benedetta and I love transforming simple ingredients into dishes bursting with flavour, just as we do in family homes.

During the cookery class, we’ll prepare together a rich and fragrant meat ragù, busiate alla mediterranea – a type of pasta typical of Sicily – and the ever-present meat rolls, prepared in the traditional way.

It will be a chance to get stuck in, discover the secrets of Sicilian cuisine and spend time together around the table, sharing stories amidst authentic aromas and flavours.
