During the market tour, you will have the opportunity to discover a variety of fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, and regional delicacies. Through the market, we can grasp the diversity of local flavors and appreciate the vitality of the city's food scene.
With fresh produce just purchased at the market, we will prepare a delicious appetizer, followed by making fresh pasta with seasonal seasoning, and conclude by creating a typical dessert. I look forward to welcoming you to share this culinary adventure together! I look forward to seeing you!

- I cannot recommend this experience enough!! My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and wanted to experience a true Italian cooking class. This is that experience. We were welcomed into her home, learned about the culture, and even got to try some yummy Sicilian snacks before we dove in. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. This was the best part of our trip to Italy!!! Highly recommend!
- This was one of the biggest highlights of our vacation to Italy and Greece!!! Daniela (and her mother in law Tina) were informative , fun and such gracious hosts!! It was interesting and fun to learn how to make different types of pasta and as a bonus cannolis ❤️. We felt welcome and very at ease in her beautiful home. Highly recommend to all. - I may have already posted but I would rather post twice than not at all. My wife and I went with our three children (12,15,16). We had a fantastic time. We enjoyed learning to make pasta and spending time with Maria Daniela along with her family and friends. We are already planning to make pasta when we return home to the USA.

We had so much fun learning to make amazing dishes. Eating them was even better! Getting to know Daniela , her friends and family made it a truly unforgettable experience. But, to really get to know this city it is also a must to taste its typical dishes. So, you must therefore know the flavors and aromas typical of this part of Sicily and, the best place is at the home of our Cesarina. Maria Daniela loves the sea, and from the garden of her 1913 villa you can look out and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Strait of Messina. Together with her, you can learn how to make "maccheroncini al ferro" - the traditional fresh pasta that is seasons with the sauce -, and the Messina-style veal cutlets, which she learned to fill and roll since she was a child to help her mother and sisters in the kitchen.
