I will teach you how to cook one of Sicily's most characteristic dishes. The world-famous Sicilian rotisserie will thus have no more secrets for you, and you will be able to reproduce these recipes at home while having fun with your family. Traditional Sicilian Rosticceria includes some specialties that are all prepared with a basic dough, similar to pan brioche, which is very soft and fluffy. To end on a sweet note, a classic dessert: almond pastries.
We had the most wonderful time, in fact probably the best excursion of our 10 day trip. Rossella and her family welcomed us into her home and treated us like royalty. She went over the top to insure we had a great time, including making us the most delicious fresh cannoli. Do not hesitate to book this class.
