The world-famous Sicilian rotisserie will thus have no more secrets for you, and you will be able to reproduce these recipes at home while having fun with your family. Traditional Sicilian Rosticceria includes some specialties that are all prepared with a basic dough, similar to pan brioche, which is very soft and fluffy. To end on a sweet note, a classic dessert: almond pastries.

The instruction and the food was excellent.Rosella explained everything we needed to do, demonstrated it and then had us do it ourselves. Her family was very welcoming and such great hosts.
