Traditional Sicilian Rosticceria includes some specialties that are all prepared with a basic dough, similar to pan brioche, which is very soft and fluffy. To end on a sweet note, a classic dessert: almond pastries.

- This was one of the best things i’ve ever done while traveling!! Rosella and Giuseppe were absolutely amazing- They brought us around a fresh food market before they welcomed us into their beautiful home and gave us such an authentic italian experience! We learned how to cook fresh pasta and it was definitely by far some of the best food I’ve ever had. She even made us a special dessert that was so delicious. I had so much fun with this entire experience. If you are in Sicily I can’t recommend cooking with Rosella enough. She is such a talented chef! I can’t wait to bring these recipes home to the united states!
- We booked this experience to have a local taste of Messina and it exceeded our expectations! Rosella and Giuseppe were so sweet and offered us transportation from to the market and their house round trip for only 20 euros. It was a pretty quick drive, the market was nice and authentic and their house was so beautiful and a perfect ambiance for the cooking class! We all got along very well, them being very personable and we had such a nice dinner with them and they even gave us cannolis for dessert which were delicious! 10/10 would recommend, we made new friends, saw how to make Italian style pasta, and had a great time. Thank you Rosella and Giuseppe for your hospitality and kindness!
