At my home, we will prepare an exceptional menu that will include meat pancakes, stuffed eggs, cheese dipped in honey, fresh pasta with a delicious meatball sauce, herb ravioli with butter and sage, and an irresistible tiramisu. All will be served to the musical accompaniment of Domenico Modugno and his song "Volare," making us feel as if we are touching the sky with one finger. I invite you to try it to believe.

- Consuelo was the greatest! She opened up her home to total strangers and we left as good friends and better cooks! She taught how to make homemade pumpkin ravioli, macaroni and spaghetti with meatballs AND Tiramisu !! We used Google translate and it was no problem at all. Best part of our Cruise adventure! I would highly recommend her services!! We love you Consuelo!!
- My daughter and I did a pasta making class with Consuelo and it was loads of fun. We had some great food and really enjoyed ourselves
- I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience I/we shared with Consuelo, she took us into her home we felt comfortable & we felt at home! She has a lovely place and updated kitchen. Just as we started to prepare dessert for later, she poured a fantastic drink (I'm now looking for the ingredients in the states). So yummy! There was a slight language barrier, but we totally made it work and got the cooking done. I have written down the ingredients to make in the future. The time flew by so quickly after cooking we shared the meal with her aunt and mother and enjoyed great conversation. And played with your little doggie, Nina. This was a great experience and if I am back to Messina in the future I will certainly request to cook at her place again.
- Our experience with Consuelo was very fun and I loved learning how to make pasta and tiramisu. She is warm, welcoming and generously shares her knowledge of cooking. Immersed in the Italian culture, it was all around a great learning experience. I would definitely book with her again on our next visit to Messina and recommend this class to anyone looking for an authentic experience.

Among my specialties are meatballs, both fried and in sauce, which my guests consistently praise. I have a special fondness for pasta with legumes, particularly with lentils. For each type of legume, I choose a complementary vegetable: for instance, I enrich lentils with borage, while when pairing with chickpeas, I opt for chicory. As a sweet finale, I prepare tiramisu directly in the cup. Come to try, and you will surely want to return.
