I love cooking, infusing passion, and love into each dish, and I enjoy presenting them with a touch of creativity. Living in the countryside invites a spartan lifestyle which I fully embrace. Among my specialties are meatballs, both fried and in sauce, which my guests consistently praise. I have a special fondness for pasta with legumes, particularly with lentils. For each type of legume, I choose a complementary vegetable: for instance, I enrich lentils with borage, while when pairing with chickpeas, I opt for chicory. As a sweet finale, I prepare tiramisu directly in the cup. Come to try, and you will surely want to return.
