I will welcome you into my home overlooking the Strait of Messina for an authentic and unforgettable experience, where the stunning view will set the scene for discovering the most iconic flavors of our cuisine.

I’ll share my family’s recipes with you, guiding you through a journey filled with aromas, colors, and smiles. Together, we’ll prepare a seasonal appetizer of crostoni or small tartines; then we’ll move on to fresh, handmade pasta, creating two traditional shapes—tagliatelle and gnocchi—paired with a variety of sauces. And to end on a sweet note, we’ll make a creamy tiramisu. It will be a true sensory journey through Messina, Sicily, and its centuries-old traditions. I can’t wait to welcome you… and to get our hands in the dough together!

While visiting Messina with my fiancée, we booked a cooking class through Cesarine with Raffaella after hearing about it on our MSC cruise. It ended up being one of the most memorable parts of the trip. We prepared fresh tagliatelle and gnocchi by hand, and finished with a delicious tiramisù. Raffaella shared her family recipes, stories, and that warm Sicilian hospitality that instantly makes you feel at home.
