For me, the presentation of dishes is a crucial element of the culinary experience and I love sharing this passion with others. My house, large and welcoming, is always ready to open its doors to new guests from all over the world. - In the crowded town of Messina we were welcomed in Rossella‘s quiet, beautiful home. It was perfectly organized and the communication with her husband Giuseppe via phone worked without problems. Also during the event we learned a lot about Sicily and of course the art of preparing Arancini. Rossella showed us how to prepare them and now we are pretty sure, we will be able to repeat the process at home, also thanks to her videos and further recommedations for ingredients and kitchen utensils. Thank you so much for the unique experience!

- Our group of 12 had the most wonderful time at this cooking class on Monday! The host and their family were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. It was our favorite excursion of the entire cruise. The pasta and everything we made together were absolutely delicious, and we really appreciated them sharing their recipes with us so we can try making the dishes again at home. We’ll remember this experience for a long time and highly recommend it!
