Come discover the delicacies of the Strait of Messina, a city renowned for its swordfish fishing! Upon your arrival, you'll be served a chilled glass of Prosecco to sip on, accompanied by delicious smoked salmon crostini and delicate curls of butter. Following this, you'll savor a dish of spaghetti prepared with genuine Messinese swordfish, and as the main course, I'll serve succulent stuffed swordfish rolls filled with breadcrumbs, capers, and green olives.
The experience will conclude with the signature dessert of my city: ricotta cannoli. I'm confident that this will be an unforgettable experience!

- Wonderful experience cooking with Rossella. She taught us to make pasta and a wonderful tomato sauce. It was such an authentic experience!
- In the crowded town of Messina we were welcomed in Rossella‘s quiet, beautiful home. It was perfectly organized and the communication with her husband Giuseppe via phone worked without problems. Also during the event we learned a lot about Sicily and of course the art of preparing Arancini. Rossella showed us how to prepare them and now we are pretty sure, we will be able to repeat the process at home, also thanks to her videos and further recommedations for ingredients and kitchen utensils. Thank you so much for the unique experience!

- Our group of 12 had the most wonderful time at this cooking class on Monday! The host and their family were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. It was our favorite excursion of the entire cruise. The pasta and everything we made together were absolutely delicious, and we really appreciated them sharing their recipes with us so we can try making the dishes again at home. We’ll remember this experience for a long time and highly recommend it!
