You can celebrate a significant event with a typical culinary experience from my city. My home will be your home for the entire experience, and I will reveal to you the secrets of Sicilian cooking, particularly on how to cook 'swordfish a ghiotta' (a typical fish from our seas, cooked in tomato sauce). We will begin with a characteristic aperitif with local cheeses and meats, accompanied by a DOCG Prosecco, followed by a first course of fresh pasta topped with swordfish sauce. This will be followed by a second course, the 'swordfish a ghiotta'. A true delight, unique in its kind! We will conclude the experience with a dessert of your choice between Sicilian cannoli, almond pastries, or tiramisu. The meal will be accompanied by a typical DOCG wine from the territory, red or white.

- We booked this experience to have a local taste of Messina and it exceeded our expectations! Rosella and Giuseppe were so sweet and offered us transportation from to the market and their house round trip for only 20 euros. It was a pretty quick drive, the market was nice and authentic and their house was so beautiful and a perfect ambiance for the cooking class! We all got along very well, them being very personable and we had such a nice dinner with them and they even gave us cannolis for dessert which were delicious! 10/10 would recommend, we made new friends, saw how to make Italian style pasta, and had a great time. Thank you Rosella and Giuseppe for your hospitality and kindness!
