In the city of Messina it is a must to taste a typical fresh and summer sweet meal, famous all over the world.
We are talking about the Messina granita, which comes in different flavors, (coffee, strawberry, lemon, peach, pistachio, etc.) often served with whipped cream and accompanied by a leavened pastry called brioche con il "tuppo." All this makes for a unique taste experience! If you are my guest and decide to experience this tasting, I am sure you will not regret it.
We will prepare together the typical Messina granita with brioche and I will reveal the original recipe so you can make it at home with your loved ones.

- We had the most wonderful time, in fact probably the best excursion of our 10 day trip. Rossella and her family welcomed us into her home and treated us like royalty.
