I have always loved welcoming people into my home. From an early age, I learned to cook by watching my mother, who every Saturday would prepare traditional lasagna with a rich ragù that simmered slowly for hours. From her I learned the true meaning of home cooking, authentic flavours, and the joy of sharing meals, always completed on Sundays with a delicious roast and oven-roasted potatoes.When my mother passed away, I carried on her tradition, taking care of my home and my cooking with the same love and dedication. People often tell me that I am a good cook, but what truly makes me happy is pampering my guests and making them feel at home. If needed, I prepare everything well in advance to welcome them in the best possible way.I enjoy cooking all kinds of traditional dishes, from stockfish and pasta rings with wild fennel to pork loin with orange, along with many other recipes that tell the story of my land and my family.
