- A welcome aperitif with bruschetta topped with fresh tomatoes, local cured meats and cheeses. All accompanied by a glass of prosecco

We’ll meet on Corso Umberto in Taormina, just beneath the Porta Messina Arch. It will be an immersive experience, bringing you into contact with authentic local life. I’ll open the doors to my home, just twenty minutes from Taormina, to welcome you into an authentic, homely atmosphere. Together we’ll make fresh, handmade pasta, and I’ll share my secrets and techniques with you.
We’ll kick off the experience with a welcome aperitif and a glass of prosecco; we’ll try two different types of pasta and finish with the queen of Sicilian desserts: the ricotta cannolo. We’ll pair the tasting with some local red wine. I can’t wait to share this unforgettable experience with you. The experience will go ahead provided there are at least two guests, to ensure you have an enjoyable and convivial time.

- We booked this experience to have a local taste of Messina and it exceeded our expectations! Rosella and Giuseppe were so sweet and offered us transportation from to the market and their house round trip for only 20 euros. It was a pretty quick drive, the market was nice and authentic and their house was so beautiful and a perfect ambiance for the cooking class! We all got along very well, them being very personable and we had such a nice dinner with them and they even gave us cannolis for dessert which were delicious! 10/10 would recommend, we made new friends, saw how to make Italian style pasta, and had a great time. Thank you Rosella and Giuseppe for your hospitality and kindness!
