The experience will take place in a home that has always hosted travelers from all over the world and made them feel at home, accompanying them on an authentic experience among famous or lesser-known stories and specialties of Sicily. Together we will prepare Caponata, fresh pasta ravioli filled with eggplant and Parmesan cheese, and lemon tiramisu.

- It was booked as a cooking demonstration and most of the dishes were already complete when we got there. It was supposed to be 3 hours and we were done in 1 hour and 20 minutes and was supposed to be a small gift to take home but nothing given. Donnatella was pleasant and the translator was nice but not what it was booked for.
- Donatella was fabulous. She has an obvious passion for good food and a wonderful sense of humour. We had a great time cooking with her and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.
- Donatella was the consummate host, preparing us the most delicious meal--caponata, ravioli and tiramisu. She, her son and nephew welcomed us into her home. We enjoyed the experience so much that we went the same evening to their Taormina based restaurnat Siculishh! Thank you mamma!

- Excellent class, but was not given the recipes and told not to write down as they would follow by email. I have not received as yet, hopefully may come. If they don't will be really disappointed. Otherwise great experience. Justine Harder
