Food and wine tour amongst olive trees and plants, with an aperitif

My cooking is inspired by both ancient and modern Sicilian gastronomy, reinterpreting authentic flavors with a personal touch. The extra virgin olive oil we use is self-produced, ensuring freshness and authenticity. Our bread comes from a local artisanal bakery that uses local flours, sourdough, and ancient grains, respecting traditional methods. To preserve and pass on the flavors of the past, I have rediscovered my great-grandmother's recipes, bringing to the table dishes that tell the story and identity of my land.
